Individual Session (50-minutes): $100
Individual Session (90-minutes): $150
Couples Counseling or Family Session (50-minutes): $110
Payment is due at each session. Accepted forms of payment include: check, cash, debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and eligible Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
I am an out-of-network provider. Upon request, I can provide an itemized receipt of services for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement of out-of-network services. Please contact your insurance company directly to learn the specifics of what your insurance policy may reimburse for services received from an out-of-network mental health provider. See the FAQs section for more information about helpful questions to ask your insurance provider.
Alternatively, you may opt to use your eligible Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for payment of therapy services. An itemized receipt of services can be provided for documentation purposes.
Please note that I require at least 24-hours advanced notice for any appointment cancellations. Otherwise, you will be charged a $50 fee for any late cancellations. The full session fee will be charged for any "no show" or missed appointments.
